cardio/weight training
The gym can benefit health and fitness, improving cardiovascular health, helping with weight loss, reducing stress, strengthening muscles, improving endurance and promoting quality sleep.
Unlimited access from Monday to Friday from 6:30 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. and Saturday from 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m.
Group lessons
Group classes can provide many health and fitness benefits, motivating participants, providing a variety of exercises, strengthening coordination and flexibility, helping to burn calories, promoting socialization and improving the quality of sleep.
Boxing
Boxing can provide many health and fitness benefits, building muscle mass, improving cardiovascular fitness, developing coordination, reducing stress, improving self-confidence and developing discipline.
Aquatherapy
Aquatherapy can provide many health and healing benefits, including reducing pain, improving physical function, reducing stress, strengthening muscles, improving blood circulation, and reducing inflammation.
Child Swimming
Swimming can provide many health and fitness benefits, building muscle mass, improving cardiovascular fitness, improving flexibility and mobility, being low impact on joints, reducing stress and improving the quality of sleep.
Taekwondo (Child)
Taekwondo offers many benefits to children, allowing them to develop their body and mind, socialize with other children, learn self-defense skills. It is supervised by a highly professional coach qualified to ensure the safety and well-being of the child.
SPINNING / RPM
Spinning is an excellent exercise to maintain the cardiovascular system and to work on your endurance. On the muscle side, we work all of the legs: the glutes, the thighs, the calves. The position on the bike will also work on the abs, back and arms.
